Company Background
Founded in 2004 by Ralph Fleurantin, President, CEO (www.TFCSB.com) is perhaps the first company to
successfully manage and service Independent Health Care Providers of NY State Medicaid services. Our service to our providers is known for timely billing and collection rate. We have been quite successful in timely processing of all eligible claims and notably known for strategic methods and process use to collect on all outstanding claims. TFC Service Bureau, Inc. currently serves over 1200 providers including independent Health Care Providers, Specialty and facilities in the Westchester and five borough’s and employs a staff of 16 in the greater New York area and growing.
